Housing Investment Company is one of the largest mass constructors of Iran that aside from Mass production of residential units defining residential complexes, villas, apartments and high-rise buildings, has gained valuable experience in construction of commercial-administrative complexes, preparation of land, execution of water pipelines, roads and highways.
H.I.C is established by Maskan Bank in 1990 with the initial capital of 10 milliard Rials. In 2003 with expansion of its activities, converted from Private Joint Stock Company to Public Joint Stock Company with the nominal capital of 1000 milliard Rials. Consequently in terms of market value, H.I.C entered in Iranian Stock Exchange in 2004. The Company also could get the quality management system certificate based on (ISO9001-2000) International Standards from Moody International Company.
